On Saturday, 10 September 2022, 12 members of the Federation participated in the annual general meeting (AGM) – five at Esperanto House, and seven via Zoom (including Terry Manley from Armidale and Rainer Kurz from Germany). AGM postponed until 19 November
Unfortunately, the quorum of 10 members, as required by our current constitution, was not reached yesterday, so we were unable to make any decisions (including the election of directors). However, the constitution allows us to adjourn the AGM for a week, when the quorum will be reduced to 2. Because 4 (maybe 5) members were going to meet next Sunday at Wyong anyway, we have changed the location.
